#30 · Strings · Beginner · 30 XP · about 6 min
A pangram is a sentence that uses every letter of the alphabet at least once. Write missing_letters(sentence) that returns the letters a to z that do not appear anywhere in sentence, as one lowercase string in alphabetical order.
Uppercase and lowercase count as the same letter, and everything that is not a letter is ignored. A pangram has nothing missing, so it gives an empty string.
missing_letters("The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog") # returns '' missing_letters("Hello, World!") # returns 'abcfgijkmnpqstuvxyz' missing_letters("") # returns 'abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz'
