Python activities in your LMS
Moodle, Canvas and other platforms with LTI 1.3 can add pythoncompiler.io problems, exercises and quizzes to any course, with the grades sent back automatically.
- Graded activities
- Teachers add practice problems, exercises and quizzes to a course. A student who solves one gets full marks in the gradebook (a quiz sends its score).
- Nothing to install
- Python runs in the student's browser, on any laptop or Chromebook. No accounts to create: students arrive signed in from the course.
- A class for every course
- As soon as a teacher adds an activity, the course gets a live board here: who has solved what, who is stuck, and their latest code.

Other platforms
Any platform with LTI 1.3 Dynamic Registration connects the same way: paste this address where it asks for a registration or tool URL.
https://pythoncompiler.io/api/lti/registerWhat we receive
From the platform: its id for each student and teacher, their name and role, and the course name. We do not use email addresses sent by the platform. We send back one thing: each student's score on the activities they open. Details are in the privacy policy (section 12).
